Hibba Al-Atrakchi
Head of Events, The Prince's Trust
Hibba is Head of Events at The Prince’s Trust overseeing a portfolio of Special and Active Events for the youth charity. She has previously worked with Cancer Research UK in Corporate Partnerships and Special Events, and enjoyed four years abroad delivering major projects in Abu Dhabi. Hibba has been at The Prince’s Trust since 2016 and is passionate about new event trends and event innovation.
Katie Nugent
Head of Special Events and Stewardship, Unicef UK
An experienced events professional with over 18 years working across the not-for-profit sector. Katie currently works at Unicef UK leading on their Special Events and Stewardship programme. She joined Unicef from the Natural History Museum where she also headed up the Special Events and Supporter Team delivering over 70 events annually.
Katie has worked on all aspects of fundraising events from mass participation at Cancer Research UK to gala dinners at the Museum to small intimate thought leadership breakfasts with world leaders and thinkers. Before moving to the 3rd sector she worked on London Fashion Week, the IMF and various performing arts and literary festivals.

Chief Executive, Chartered Institute for Ergnomics and Human Factors
Noorzaman is Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute for Ergonomics and Human Factors, the professional body focussed on improving life, wellbeing and performance through integrated design, technology and science.
He has a successful track record of leading professional services firms, public sector agencies and working with membership bodies at board level. He is a former Master of the Livery Company for Management Consultants and Non Executive Director of the Foundation for Social Improvement, which has 8,000 organisational members
Devina Ganas
Head of Sporting Events, Tommy's
Devina has been at Tommy’s for over 15 years in total and in sporting and challenge events fundraising for the past 9 years. I take part in a few running events myself – half marathons at most. As an events fundraiser, I’m always looking at and exploring new events in the charity sector to add to our portfolio at Tommy’s. I have a good understanding, mainly through our participants if what they value in an event.
